Problem: You are having issues with your proximity sensor, which detects when you are holding the phone near your face during a call and turns off the display to prevent keypad presses and battery consumption from the display.
Problem: The video you’re recording does not have sound or the person you are speaking with cannot hear you when the phone is not connected to a headset and the speakerphone feature has not been activated.
Problem: You are having issues connecting to a cellular signal or the signal is very weak. If "micro-soldering" is required to fix this issue, it will be a different cost. In this rare situation, we would advise you of the cost and ask for your approval before fixing. If your phone is "blacklisted", it a separate issue
Problem: If you only want the data removed from your phone and not fix your phone, this is an option. We temporarily fix your phone and move the data over to a memory stick, your new phone, or one of our certified pre-owned phones in our store.
Problem: Your phone is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependant on if parts required to fix the device. If only a water damage cleanup is required the cost is $99.
