The Cell Clinic Ltd. is celebrating its 5th year anniversary thanks to the wonderful support we have received from the greater Vancouver community. Cell Clinic Vancouver, located at 935 Seymour Street - opened in November of 2014 -- followed by a second store in Surrey three years later. As we look back over the years, our greatest source of pride is are our loyal customers - whom have been fundamental to our success and allowed us to expand our offerings to reach more people in BC and throughout Canada with our innovative approaches to expand and improve on the pre-owned cell phone repair and sales industry.

Lifetime Warranty — in December of 2018 we launched our industry-high Lifetime Warranty guarantee on hardware repairs. If for any reason a part or hardware component that we repaired becomes non-functioning, we will replaced by the Cell Clinic, free of charge, for life as long as there is no physical damage. Batteries come with a six-month warranty.
Opened Surrey Location — Located at 15387 104 Ave #110, in Surrey, BC - Cell Clinic Surrey opened in 2016. Cell Clinic Surrey is a full-service repair and sales location, with a wide selection of mobile device protection and accessories options.
Online Store — Launched in 2017 - our online store CellClinic.shop offers a variety of iPhone and Android phone models for purchase online. MacBooks, iPad & Surface tablets, and select name brand phone cases will be added to our online product line-up soon.
Buying & Repairing Online Across Canada — Cell Clinic buys customers' phones and receives repairs by mail from across Canada... and we pick up the mailing charge! Device models that we purchase include: iPhone, Samsung, Blackberry, Google Pixel, Huawei, LG, Motorola, OnePlus, iPad, Microsoft Surface, and MacBook.
Professional and knowledgeable staff — A dedicated team of technical, customer service and business professionals work at the Cell Clinic in your best interests. We are proud of our team members whom all take great pride and pleasure ensuring that you receive stellar care when you arrive at one of our stores, or shop with us online. Our senior technician, with over 13 years experience, oversees our technician team to ensure your device is handle with the utmost care and professionalism. We continually add new repairs to our line-up, including board repairs that most other shops do not offer.
28-Point inspection — All of the cell phone and mobile devices that Cell Clinic sells undergo a 28-point quality inspection (see inspection checklist) to ensure that all components are functioning properly and that they meet our standards for certification. New batteries are installed and capacity levels are checked on each device as well.
Pre-Owned Cell Phones (Sales, Fundraising, Recycling) — Cell Clinic works with airports, insurance companies, schools, corporations, and other businesses to collect pre-owned mobile devices that are not needed. These devices are then assessed, recycled or refurbished in order that we can collectively; reduce the impact of eWaste on our environment, raise money for local charities, help reduce a company's cost on mobile device expenses — all while being able to offer our customers affordable pre-owned devices with a one-year warranty.
New Innovative Products — We are fast adopters - striving to offer the best quality parts, products, and technologies available to help our customers benefit from the the largest line up of repairs in BC quickly -- and at affordable pricing. We also offer a wide range of audio, power, storage and protection accessories for mobile devices such as brand name cases and ProtectionPro Clearplex coating -- the ultimate in device protection (NASA approved - used on the International Space Station).
