If you mail us a  cell phone  for repair we will send it back to you via Canada Post at our cost.  Canada Post's standard insurance is valued at $100.  Please ship your cell phone to the following address along with your contact information and information about the issue you're having with the phone:

Once we receive your device it will be repaired within 24 hours (common repairs) and 2-3 days for more complex repairs. Timelines could be extended if special parts are needed to be ordered.
