The Process is as follows:
1) Complete our mail in form.
2) A pre-paid postage label will be sent to your email
3) Package your device and send with Canada Post
4) Your phone will be diagnosed and repaired upon your approval of cost.
5) You can then make payment via credit card for the cost of repair + $9.99 shipping.
6) Your phone will be sent back repaired. Yay :)
We have a lifetime warranty on repairs, if you ever have an issue with your repair you can use the process above anytime. You will only need to pay for the $9.99 shipping and no charge for the repair provided it is covered under warranty.
