We're looking to hire a full-time or part-time technician that can work 3-5 days a week with the potential to join our team on a full-time employee basis. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technology and a minimum of one year of experience repairing the latest Apple and Android cell phones. You will need to be a quick study and have the ability to jump in and repair phones without constant supervision.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of mobile devices.
Conduct a 28-point inspection before and after a mobile device repair using Cell Clinic’s software.
Use Repair Desk customer management software to track information about repairs and remove parts from inventory that are used during a repair.
Assess and repair used cell phones for resale.
Help manage inventory of cell phone parts.
Relieve customer services representative as required.
Ensure customers have a positive experience.
Continuously improve knowledge of mobile repairs and the mobile industry.
Other related duties as required.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience working as a technician in the cell phone industry.
Experience repairing iPhones/iPads, gaming consoles, and popular Android devices.
Familiar with Apple and Android software.
Motivation to advance your knowledge of cell phone, tablet, and gaming console repairs.
Proven ability to work well with people in our multi-tasking and busy retail/service industry where quality work and customer satisfaction are the first priority.

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience).
