All phones phones sold by Cell Clinic (in our Vancouver or Surrey stores, and our online store - cellclinic.shop) undergo an extensive 28-point inspection to qualify each mobile device as being, “certified pre-owned."
Each mobile device is backed by our 6-month warranty to insure that the phone will continue to function. In addition to the 28-point test, every battery is fully tested, and replaced if needed before the phone is sold. This battery is also under the warranty period we provide at no extra cost.
Below is a breakdown of the 28 hardware functions that we test to insure that each pre-owned phone is working 100%.
When buying a device from our online store, we have a 30-day return policy to ensure the device is exactly what you were expecting. To purchase a device through our online store visit: www.cellclinic.shop
If buying a phone in one of our stores, please make sure it is cosmetically fit for you before buying (colour / style), as we have a no return policy for this. It does still have a 6-month warranty, in which we will fix any issue you are having.
