Problem: You are having an issue with connecting to a Wi-Fi source or the signal is very weak. If "micro-soldering" is required to fix this issue, it will be a different cost. In this rare situation, we would advise you of the cost and ask for your approval before fixing it.

Problem: Your phone is not turning on or functioning properly after being exposed to liquid. We only charge if we are successful. The cost will be dependent on if parts required to fix the device. If only a water damage cleanup is required the cost is $129. 

No warranty on water cleaning  (i.e. motherboard) but a lifetime warranty on parts we replace.
