Booking a repair is not required -- walk-in customers are welcome!
 

Online booking is designed to save you $10 and provide us with a heads up you're coming into the store.
 

Please arrive within 15 minutes on either side of your appointment to receive the discount.

You are also welcome to walk in to repair a device anytime but you will not receive a booking discount.

 
When you book a repair you will be put in the same quick repair queue (first come, first serve) as

walk-in repair customers.

 
If you want a quote on a repair, or confirmation that we have a part in stock, please visit our website or contact us for confirmation before your booking.
